  • We organize two distinct trip opportunities each year to align with our campus schedule and community needs.
  • Winter trip - January:Start the new year with purpose by joining us as we partner with MOST Ministries to provide vision care through an eyeglass clinic, bringing improved sight and renewed hope to the community.
  • Summer Trip - May / June: Join our energetic summer teams to help lead large-scale community events and seasonal campus projects.

Your Impact on the Ground

What Volunteers Do

Every volunteer brings unique gifts to the mission field. During your time in Mbuguni, you will plug into vital ministry areas that directly support our students and neighbors:

Serve Through Your Skills

Share your professional expertise in areas such as construction, business, sewing, cosmetology, or other trades to encourage and equip students and community members with practical, life changing skills.

Care for the Community

Provide health services through vision clinics or first aid training, helping meet practical needs while demonstrating Christ's love through compassionate care.

Encourage Faith and Growth

Support spiritual growth and discipleship through Vacation Bible School, relationship building, and other ministry opportunities. Volunteers may also assist with campus improvement projects, including maintenance, construction, and facility development as needs arise.

Who Can Participate

You don't need a specific professional background to make a difference—you just need a heart willing to serve. Our trips are open to:

  • Individuals and young adults seeking a faith-stretching experience.
  • Church groups, ministry teams, and families looking to serve together.
  • Skill-specific volunteers (teachers, carpenters, tailors, or mechanics) eager to encourage our instructors and students.
